Check-in & Check-Out

Checking in: Standard Check-in is 4pm

• When you are 30 minutes from arrival, please reach out to us so we can make sure someone is there to meet you. Upon arrival one of our friendly staff will meet you and if time permits give you a quick tour of the house. We like to guide you and answer any questions we can so that you can feel settled and have a terrific experience.

• The 4pm check-out is because our estates are very large and take several hours to clean and prep for you. It is not infrequent for us to have six hours to clean the entire house and ready it for the next guest, so the 4pm is crucial and not arbitrary.

Checking out: Standard Check-Out is 10am

And now it’s time to go. We hope you’ve had an amazing experience at our estate. We aim to create a relaxing enjoyable place to share memories with family and friends. As you pack up and get ready to go, here is a quick check list to go through:

• Please gather all pool towels and place in your bathrooms or the laundry room.

• Please leave bathroom towels in the bathrooms.

• Please leave sheets/blankets on the beds. We’ll take it from there.

• Please put any trash or recycling in the bins in the designated receptacle.

• Please return any furniture you may have moved. (see furniture rule section)

• Please remove any/all pool floats from pool.

• Please lower all umbrellas.

• Double check that you’ve collected all phone chargers and electronic devices.

• Check closets and drawers for personal belongings.
